How Do I Place An Order?

 

Simply place your chosen Items into the Shopping Bag, add any Postal Upgrade if so desired. 

Check your Shopping Basket to ensure all is clear and you agree. with your choices. 

Once your order is complete - Enter any Coupon Code should you have one and Press the Pay Now Button - You will then be directed to Paypal to make your payment.. 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

We offer Free of Charge Postage On All Orders - We also offer Postal Upgrades on any order, should you require a faster Delivery Service.

Free of Charge Postage - 2nd Class Standard Postal Service

1 st Class Standard Postal Service is Charged @ £1.00

Special NEXT DAY Delivery Service is Charged @ £4.00

Postal Upgrades are available in the Shop - Please add your chosen service to your basket, and simply pay with your order.

We only Ship within the United Kingdom

 

 

Orders are generally Dispatched within 48 Hours of received cleared payment. If there is a delay with your Order you will be notified accordingly. 

 

Payment can be made by Paypal or Wix Payment System. Please check at the checkout stage and follow the instructions. We do not take payment over the Telephone..

 

Please Note:- We cannot be held responsible for items which are lost or damaged in transit. Ahough we always obtain proof of Postage, should it be required

 

Returns & Refunds

Your Order is covered by both the Distance Selling Regulations and the Sale of Goods Act.

You may return part or all of your order to us for a refund.  All that we ask is that you inform us of your intention to do so within 14 days of receiving it and that you return it to us in the same condition it arrived to you. (Including any Free of Charge Gift Box and paperwork)

You are responsible for the costs of returning it to us. Unless your item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise prior via communication.

We will refund the cost of the item (s), excluding the original post and packing charge. (Again unless the item is faulty or we have previously agreed)

We recommend that you ask for a Proof of Posting (FREE) from the Post Office as this will enable you to claim for the cost of the item should it go missing on it’s way back to us.

Jewellery Care Guidelines

Avoid excess contact with Perfume, Deodrant, Hairspray, Sweat, Cleaning Products and Water.

Do not wear your Jewellery whilst Swimming, Sleeping or whilst taking Excerise.

Avoid scratching or damaging your Jewellery by Storing in a Jewellery Box or suitable Box/Container.

Handle with Care and do not apply unnecessary force or pressure

Clean Love and Care for your Jewellery

This will ensure a Longer Fresher Life

Safety Guidelines

Beads and their associated components can be a Choking Hazard!

Please Take Care whilst wearing any item of Jewellery

Do not place in your mouth and/or Wear whilst Sleeping

Please ensure that young children are supervised at all times whilst wearing any Jewellery

Purple Petals Jewellery Box accepts NO Responsibility whatsoever for injury caused by misuse of any item.

It is your responsibility that Jewellery made with Charms and Pendants that look like Food Items are kept safe and secure.

The majority of Food Items we supply are made from Non-Toxic Polymer Clay (Unless otherwise Stated)

These Items are NOT Edible and are NOT suitable for young children. (Unless fully supervised)

We take Security of your data very seriously. We only collect those personal details required to process your order. We do not release, sell or share this information with any other companies, organisations or individuals, unless we are legally obliged by Law to do so.

 

All information you provide to Purple Petals Jewellery Box will only be used by Purple Petals Jewellery Box.

 

We do not store any Debit or Credit Card details - We only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal as a Company stores your Private personal details and only your Name, Postal Address and E.Mail is passed to us - this allows us to complete your order efficiently.
